Exton Park – Rutland

The Exton Estate is a large rural estate located in the heart of picturesque Rutland, the smallest historic county in England. The Estate is within easy reach of Oakham, Stamford, Leicester, Peterborough and Nottingham. This beautiful 18th-Century park, which is Grade II listed, contains a sheltered five-acre walled garden which gradually slopes down to an ornamental lake at the southern end, where ospreys have been known to catch their dinner!

Kittisford Barton – Somerset
Kittisford Barton is set amongst the stunning scenery of Somerset, just half an hour west of Taunton. Though surrounded by unspoilt countryside, the site is just 10 minutes from junction 26 of the M5, making it easily accessible and well located for local amenities.

Keepers Cottage – Herefordshire
Keepers Cottage is a Victorian gamekeeper’s house and has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, it offers high quality accommodation for up to six people in the cottage and the adjacent converted barn. The house and barn are completely enclosed with a courtyard for outside dining and letting children and dogs run free but safely.
Guests have the opportunity to walk or mountain bike on the owner's private estate and in the woods around the house. Ideal den making opportunities for the young, the surrounding countryside is a haven for wildlife and is steeped in history. Offas Dyke, the border between England and Wales in the Dark Ages, runs directly through the estate and the only neighbours in the woods are fallow deer and badgers as well as buzzards, red kites, ravens and woodcock.
