Ever wondered how the world looks from a guide dog's point of view?
In a unique video, people can follow guide dog Alma as she goes about her daily duties for her owner, Nicky West.
The two-year-old Labrador had a small camera fitted to the handle of her harness, and was filmed guiding Nicky to the bus station in Romsey, Hampshire - a route the duo take every day.

In the video - which was made to celebrate Guide Dogs Week , which runs from October 6 to 14 - Alma can be seen demonstrating some of her life-changing skills including avoiding obstacles, waiting at kerbs for Nicky's commands, moving around people, finding steps, and finding the bus.
