West Cottage is a beautiful farm cottage situated in the rambling grounds of Walnut Farm, in Waxham.

It has been newly renovated for our lovely guests and is situated in the rear of the farm grounds, next to East Cottage. It is quiet, peaceful and very, very tranquil.

Waxham is a fabulously quiet and peaceful hamlet, with lots of wildlife, fresh air and opportunities to explore the outdoors.   Horsey (and its famous Poppylands, Horsey Mill and Ross’ Wildlife Boat Trips) is just along the road, and Sea Palling the other way, with its Blue Flag beach, dog friendly pub and cafe.
