The Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is a delightful dog-friendly retreat in the pretty moorland village of South Zeal within the Dartmoor National Park. Pull on your walking boots, clip on your dog’s lead and be on the open moor in 10 minutes. 

There are miles of moorland, woodland and river to walks to explore – it’s doggy heaven and the local pubs and many other attractions are very dog-friendly.

Set within a private garden The Potting Shed is small but perfectly formed and great for one or two people to stay in complete compact comfort. The village shop is 80m away and there are two good pubs in the village. The King's Arms, just 50m up the hill, is a friendly local serving good pub food. There is free parking very close by and access is easy, just 3 miles off the A30.
