Elegant 4* country house hotel set in 65 peaceful acres, with gardens and woodland leading to a tranquil cove on the gorgeous Helford River in south Cornwall, just 6 miles from the harbour town of Falmouth. 

The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last few years and offers dog friendly rooms with first class service, fine food, a range of activities to enjoy such as the on-site golf course, boat trips on the river, kayaking, paddle-boarding and tennis. The hotel’s in-house Natural Health Spa offers a wide range of therapeutic and holistic treatments and the beautiful swimming pool and outdoor hot tub are perfect to relax in after a day exploring local attractions and walkies on the coastal footpath. 

There are plenty of places to explore around the hotel grounds, and a pathway leads to a quiet cove where you can join the coast path. Our conservatory or out on the sun trap terrace are perfect spots to sit and relax with your canine companion and enjoy a bit to eat, and our reception team keep a stash of doggy treats ready to welcome our four legged guests. 

We love dogs here at Budock Vean, and will  make sure your room is ready with a bowl, blanket and mat.  There’s an outdoor washing area for mucky pups and if you need a dog towel, a local vet recommendation or anything else, our team are happy to help. We look forward to seeing you soon.
