Cobblers Cottage is a charming cottage, located in the centre of the village, close to Corfe Castle and the picturesque village square, with its selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms and the Swanage Steam Railway. 

The cottage dates back to the 18th Century and was reputedly the workshop and home of the village cobbler. It has been extended and sympathetically modernised and now offers a surprisingly spacious, welcoming character cottage.

At the entrance to the cottage, there are iron gates and a useful boot room. The front door opens into a pleasant dining room, which has seating for 8. The attractive, character sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with wood burner and is furnished with comfortable sofas. It has a stunning wood burner, which provides a relaxing and cosy atmosphere.

Leading from the entrance hallway is a splendid, newly fitted kitchen which has a range of units, an oven with integrated grill and an induction hob, a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

Beyond the kitchen is a large extension which has an inner hall with a washing machine. There are three steps up to a large shower room, with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. Adjacent is a superb, spacious bedroom one, which has a Super King size zip and link bed which can be separated to form two 3’ single beds. There is a two-seater sofa and TV in bedroom which offers a perfect space for relaxing. There are also windows and two sets of double doors which lead out into the wonderful garden.

Upstairs the impressive bedroom two is bright and spacious and has a king size bed and has windows looking towards the Castle. Bedroom three is an attractive double bedroom with super views of the castle and bedroom four is a pleasant twin bedroom.

There is a newly fitted bathroom which has a bath and an enclosed shower cubicle, with power shower and a WC and wash hand basin.

Doors from the inner hallway, dining room and ground floor bedroom all lead into the glorious, garden. There is garden furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity and fine views of the Castle. There is a small pond in the rear corner of the garden, which has a safety cover. At the front of the property is parking for one car. The main village car park is located within easy walking distance for additional parking.
